Hey there.  Devi Ever here.  I’m actually a person, not just a fancy pedal company name.  I’ve been running this business since 2003 when I sold pedals under the name Effector 13.  In 2007 I briefly sold the rights to a few of my pedal designs along with the Effector 13 name to a company known as Ooh La La Manufacturing, which was a startup venture by ex-Zvex employees that unfortunately didn’t get off the ground.  In 2009 I gained back the rights to those pedals and consolidated all my effects under the devi ever : fx name, only to later that year sell the rights to a few of my joystick pedals to Dwarfcraft Devices.  Sometime in 2012, I got those pedals back as well.  This is why you might see my work under those various names. :)

Through out the years I’ve had the pleasure to enhance the sonic lives of such artists as Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, ZZ Top, Nels Cline, Wilco, The Black Keys, Playstation Music Group at Sony, and My Bloody Valentine amongst many other great musicians.

Though I spend most of my time running the biz, I also spend a lot of time creating music, art, and most recently developing board and video games.  You can follow my zany antics via my web zone at : http://www.deviever.com

devi ever : fx isn’t just about me of course, my lovely girlfriend Charlotte handles emails and paperwork, and my good friend Ken of Infanem does incredible engineering work when he’s not slowly taking over the world with his own pedal company which can be found here : http://www.infanem.com/

Thanks for taking interest in what we do, and we look forward to doing what we can to make your life a little fuzzier. :)
