Guitar (with band) / "Ran Away" by Leopold and Loeb
Guitar / "Ran Away" by Leopold and Loeb
Here's a chunk of DE-heavy territory from the big psychedelic noise rock number from our forthcoming album... I don't have all the files on me so I wasn't able to make a full rough mix, but I've got the band tracks. Here, accordingly, is the instrumental break.
So you've got
Drums
Bass VI doubling the bass riff through a guitar amp for a little more presence
P-bass > TP (Smooth) > Aguilar DB359 (200 watts tube), both direct out and miced 4x10 cab
Carvin DC135 with the tone rolled off a lot > homebrew Highway 89 OD > DN (texture at 100%) > Peavey Classic 30, mic'ed with a SM57 and some sort of condensor
"LW Tribute " by lintybits
These are in order that you hear them. Track 1 is going in and out in the background for most of it. Signal is PRS Hollow body->DN->Peavey Classic 30, Volume on the DN was almost at noon.
1 - pedal oscillating by itself
2 - bridge pup, control knob 1/4 up
3 - neck pup, control at full
4 - bridge pup, control 3/4 up
